Transformation, Development, Innovation are all part of the same project: responding to external change requests, synchronizing with the in house ecosystem, having a deep understanding of the new economy, practices/procedures and digital drivers.
Development
Transformation is a growth program with 3 to 4 KPIs. Defined with the group stakeholders (Executive leaders, opinion leaders, reference models within the organization, young talents identified for their potential or original mind set/thinking skills).
Transformation
Transformation must be connected to a positive experience and opportunity for personal development for each individual. It is not an ordinary program. The choice of the program leader is strategic (collaborative working modes, operational dimensions …).
Innovation
Innovation and digital experience are important triggers for transformation that do not stand for the whole transformation. Companies tackle the transformation issue differently according to their own organizations (Chief Digital Officer, Head Office Transformation, Strategy Department, CSR, …). New governance modes training is also necessary.

Boards
In the past, women were less willing than men to join a Board, even if they had the necessary capacities. Being a Board member requires preparation. Training to understand what is expected in such a position and key knowledge prerequisites are important for a successful board member experience.
Some companies develop a majority-orientated female talent pool for joining board member positions to project new leadership style and facilitate access to top executive functions.
Being a Board member might be a new way for professional development, in the hope that it helps to increase the presence of women in executive committees …
